Terms and conditions

By booking, staying or using the services of Casa Pucllana S.A.C., you accept these Terms and Conditions. We recommend reading them carefully before confirming your reservation.

Reservations are subject to availability and are considered confirmed only when the hotel issues the corresponding confirmation. Guests are responsible for providing accurate and complete details when booking.

Rates are shown in the currency indicated during booking and include applicable taxes under current Peruvian law. Non-resident foreign guests may be exempt from VAT (IGV) upon presenting the required immigration documents. The hotel reserves the right to modify its rates without prior notice, honoring reservations already confirmed.

Cancellation and modification conditions are those stated in the rate selected at the time of booking. In the event of a no-show or early departure, charges may apply according to the reservation policy. We recommend arranging any changes as far in advance as possible by writing to reservas@casapucllana.com.

Check-in time is from 14:00 and check-out until 12:00. Early check-in or late check-out are subject to availability and may incur an additional charge. Upon registration, all guests must present a valid identity document.

The hotel is 100% smoke-free. Pets are not allowed unless previously agreed. Guests agree to use the facilities responsibly and to respect other guests’ rest. The hotel may require the departure of anyone breaching the rules or disturbing others, with no right to a refund.

The hotel is not liable for the loss of valuables not kept in the safe, nor for damages arising from force majeure beyond its control. Guests are responsible for any damage they cause to the facilities or furnishings during their stay.
